Baby Puppy Dog

1st         Buffalo Kennels & Mrs E Molnar’s - BUFFALO STENBURYS FUTURE
4 months.  Pale puppy with lovely outline.  Excellent pigmentation, sweet head and expression.  Good neck, shoulders and front, level top-line, good hindquarters.  Moved and handled well.

2nd        Mrs J Dulke’s - FANTANGO PURPLE REIGN
5 ˝ months.  Mature for age.  Very nice head and expression.  Good neck, shoulders and front.  Level top-line, deep through body for age.  Strong hindquarters.  Moved and showed well.

3rd         Mrs E Molnar’s – DOBRO ROBINSON (AI)
Still 3 months.  Very much a baby still but with all the signs he will be a lovely dog in the future.  Well balanced.  Well handled.

4th                  Mrs E Werner’s – GOLDENBLISS GALILEO

 

Minor Puppy Dog

1st         Mr L & Mrs R Williams’ – LEANR WICKED A MCGEE
6 ˝ months. Mature for his age – nice outline, sweet head and expression, dark eye and pigmentation.  Well set in neck and correct angulation of upper arm and shoulders.  Strong front.  Level top-line, good hindquarters.  Moved and showed well.

2nd        Mrs C Perry’s  - PERRECCA EDDIE
Mature dog with nice head and expression, good neck and shoulders.  Strong front, good body and strong hindquarters.  Difficult for handler to get him to stand correct to present correct outline.  Moved a little close behind.

3rd         Miss L Binns & Mr M Evans – FERNFALL ADDICTED TO LUV
6 ˝ months.  Nice mid gold.  Nice head and expression.  Neck does not present the correct set-in and flow into the top-line.  Nice body, good bone and feet.

 

Puppy Dog

1st         Mrs L Appleby’s – BRAILANI MAISTROS MAGIC
9 months.  Nice dog but difficult to show at his best.  Nice head and expression, dark eye.  Good bone and feet.  Nice neck, shoulders and front.  Level top-line, strong hindquarters.  Moved well.

2nd        Mr S & Mrs K Handley’s – GILTEDGE TAKE BY STORM
Nice head and expression, dark eye.  Good neck, shoulders and front.  Deep body, level top-line.  Would like to see a better bend of stifle.  Moved well.

3rd         Mr I & Mrs L Olsen’s – GOLDBRIOR LONDON GAMBLER
11 months.  Lovely colour but really needs more height.  Head not quite balanced and needs a better set in of neck, strong front and good stifle.  Well handled.

 

Junior Dog – Little between 1st four.

1st         Mr W & Mrs S McGrath’s – ALNCLAIR RICKYS REVENGE
Just 12 ˝ months.  Very nice outline.  Sweet head and expression, dark eye and pigmentation.  Good set-in of neck, good shoulders, upper arm and front.  Deep body for age – level top-line and correct tail-set.  Would just like to see slightly better bend of stifle.  Moved, shown and handled well.   BEST JUNIOR IN SHOW

2nd        Mrs R Easton’s – WILLOWLAWN CAST A SPELL (Imp UK)
13 months.  Close up to winner.  Very nice head and expression.  Good front and shoulder.  Level top-line and good body.  Good hindquarters.  Moved well and in excellent coat.  Well handled.

3rd         Mrs J Foster’s – JUSTLEY JIM JAMS
16 months.  Mid gold.  Nice head and expression.  Dark eye and good pigmentation.  Nice shoulders and front.  Deep body, level top-line and good hindquarters.  Moved well – well handled and in good coat.

4th         Mr C & Mrs L Jones’ – JONESH DANCE TILL DAWN

Intermediate Dog

1st         Mr A & Mrs L Standish’s – CH COJALEI MR BO JANGLES
Mid gold – a dog with substance, correct height.  Balanced head, dark eye.  Good neck, shoulders and front.  Deep body with good spring of rib, level top-line and correct tail-set.  Strong hindquarters.  Moved well and in good coat.  Well handled.  BEST INTERMEDIATE IN SHOW

2nd        Mr D & Mrs M McKittrick’s – COOMBEHILL ARCHER
Pale dog with lovely outline just lacking a little in height for my liking.  Very nice head and expression, dark eye and good pigmentation.  Good neck, shoulders and front.  Deep body, level top-line and excellent hindquarters.  Moved so well.  Well handled and in excellent coat.

3rd         Mr J Spicer’s – ROSEWATER PURE POETRY CD
Mid gold.  Nice head and expression.  Just lacking a little in length of neck.  Good front, very deep body, level top-line and strong hindquarters.  Moved well.  Well handled.

4th         Mr R Thompson’s – IMPRESSA COMIC BOOK HERO

5th         Buffalo Kennels & Ms J Taylor’s – BUFFALO SPELLMASTER

 

Australian Bred Dog – Very little to choose between those placed and short-listed.

1st         Mrs H Morrison’s – CH KAPARLA NONE BUT THE BRAVE 
Pale dog.  Lovely outline.  Nice head and expression.  Excellent neck, shoulders and front.   Deep body with good spring of rib.  Level top-line.  Very strong hindquarters.  Moved well and shown in excellent coat.  Well handled.

2nd        Buffalo Kennels’ – CH TAHMERO LOTTYS SUNDANCER
Lovely outline.  Balanced head with nice expression.  Good neck, shoulders and front.  Good bone and feet.  Deep body, level top-line.  Strong hindquarters.  Moved well and in good coat.

3rd            Tahmero Kennels’ – CH BUIDHE LOVEON CLOUD NYN
Lovely dark gold.  Nice head and expression.  Excellent neck, shoulders and front.  Good deep body, level top-line and very strong hindquarters.  Moved well and in line with his handler.  In excellent coat.

4th         Mrs R Ramsay’s – CH RAMGOLD RAAMISON

5th         Miss S Kowalski’s – AMBERVALLEY ERIK CASIMIR

 

Open Dog – A very nice class.  Several good dogs had to go cardless.

 

1st         Mr D & Mrs M McKittrick’s – CH MAETYME ARAMIS
Pale dog of very nice outline.  Balanced head, good dark eye and pigmentation.  Good neck, shoulders and front, bone and feet.  Good deep body, level top-line, well bent stifles.  Moved and showed well.  I would like to see a little more length of leg.  In lovely coat.  Well presented and handled.

2nd        Mr D & Mrs M Hean’s – CH & NZ CH DALIUS BANDMASTER (Imp UK)
Very nice outline.  Sweet head and expression.  Good neck, shoulder and front, bone and feet.  Well ribbed deep body, level top-line.  Strong hindquarters with well bent stifles.  Moved, showed and handled well.  In good coat.

Lovely outline.  Sweet head and expression.  Reachy neck.  Excellent layback of shoulder.  Strong front.  Level top-line.  Good hindquarters.  Moved and showed well.   BEST MINOR PUPPY IN SHOW

2nd        Mrs E Molnar’s – DOBRO ICE ORCHID
Very similar to No 1.  Sweet head and expression.  Good neck, shoulders and front.  Good bone and feet, level top-line and strong hindquarters.  Moved and showed well.

3rd         Mrs J Schwebel’s – PHILENI PETIT MIAM
Very nice puppy.  Sweet head.  Good neck, shoulder and front.  Level top-line.  Strong hindquarters. Moved and showed well.

 

Puppy Bitch

1st         Mr S & Mrs K Handley’s – GILTEDGE TARA
Mid gold.  Mature for her age.  A really lovely outline, lovely head and expression.  Reachy neck.  Excellent shoulders and front.  Good body, level top-line.  Very strong hindquarters.  Moved very well and in good coat.    BEST PUPPY IN SHOW

2nd        Mr I & Mrs L Olsen’s – GOLDBRIOR KIRA LEE
Another with a nice outline.  Sweet head and expression.  Dark eye and good pigmentation.  Good shoulders, front, bone and feet.  Good hindquarters.  Moved well and in good coat.

3rd         Mrs R Ramsay’s – RAMGOLD RUMOR RAISING
Really enjoying being in the limelight.  Nice head and expression.  Good neck, shoulders and front.  Level top-line.  Good hindquarters.  Moved very well.

 

Junior Bitch

1st         Mr F & Mrs B Hession’s – GOLDTREVE CAMROSE TIA
Pale bitch with nice outline.  Excellent head, shoulders, neck and front.  Good body, bone and feet.  Strong hindquarters.  Moved so beautifully with so much drive.  In excellent coat.  Showed well.

2nd        Mrs J Dixon & Mrs L Patterson’s – EURAIDD STILL OTHE NIGHT
Very nice outline.  Lovely head.  Good reachy neck.  Good shoulders, front, bone and feet.  Strong hindquarters.  Moved and showed well.  In good coat.

3rd         Mr J & Mrs A Brophy’s – KERIDEE HOLLANDAEA
Very nice head and expression.  Dark eye and good pigmentation.  Good neck, shoulders and front, body and hindquarters.  Moved and showed well.  In lovely coat.

4th         Miss S Kowalski’s – AMBERVALLEY GERI HALIWELL

5th         Mrs R Niddrie’s – NIDGOLDRIE FRUITTI

 

Intermediate Bitch

Lovely outline.  Sweet head and expression.  Excellent neck, shoulders and front.  Good bone and feet.  Good body, level top-line.  Strong hindquarters.  Moved and showed well and moved with plenty of drive.  In superb coat.  Well handled.

Another lovely bitch and most of remarks above apply – both are so well balanced.  Moved, showed and handled well.  In lovely coat and enjoying her day out.

Slightly darker in colour.  Nice head and expression.  Good neck, shoulders and front, body, bone and feet.  Strong hindquarters.  Moved and showed well.  In good coat.

Mid gold.  Nice head and expression.  Good front, neck and shoulders, body, bone and feet.  Moved well – not quite in such good coat as those above.  Well handled.
